I Started Suffering With Unexplained Anxiety Attacks Last June. Since

I started suffering with unexplained anxiety attacks last June. Since then I have learned to control and prevent serious attacks although I do still suffer from the 'lead up' feelings of anxiety. I have a happy home, and job and can't think of any trigger for this happening to me. The main things I get worried about are getting a serious illness, or suffering a heart attack, aneurysm etc. I don't suffer during the day, it mainly happens once I sit and relax for the evening and then prevents me sleeping, and I suffer from insomnia. I have talked to friends who have experienced similar and have said that after a couple of years they seem to be over it, hence why I haven't been to my gp as I'd rather try and get through it than start on any medication, I just use kalms and other herbal remedies. Just recently I have been getting strange feelings in my temples, headaches, tingles and cold feelings on my scalp, blurred vision and just a general unsettled feeling in my head, if that makes sense! I just wondered if this was an effect of the anxiety or something else I should be worried about or get checked out. Any help or advice would be much appreciated
