I Suddenly Got Dizzy Last Saturday And Started Staggering Extremely.

I suddenly got dizzy last Saturday and started staggering extremely. Overnight in hospital, CT scan, MRI, but nothing is showing up. Dr. thinks TIA. Can walk, baby steps, and better with help of cane. I feel like a car out of alignment, wanting to go in either direction. No HB Pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, etc. All tests came out fine. Suggestions?????
