Could My Unexplained Symptoms Indicate An Autoimmune Disorder When I Am Negative For Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, And Strokes/seizures?

I think I might have an auto-immune problem, have been tested pretty extensively for neurological problem with no abnormal results or concrete diagnosis. I ve been tested, diagnosed, or checked for hemiplegic migraines, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome, low blood sugar/hypothyroidism, pre-diabetes, and strokes/seizures; none of these are actually likely to be my issue and the last three were tested and came back false.
