I Tried Fluoxetine, 20 Mg, Two Days Only And Had

I tried fluoxetine, 20 mg, two days only and had such a bad reaction ended up in ER 5 days later. They didn't think it was seratonin syndrome, but a stress reaction, as I was stressing about missing an important wedding that weekend. Tried Zoloft a week later for 9 days, started to get nervous that I was getting that reaction again. Have had severe anxiety , adrenaline in my arms and legs since. I take Ativan now daily. Was never on an anti-depressant in my life. What can I take that won't make me anxious? I have parts of days where I feel fine, but then the anxiety creeps up again. I'm miserable! I don't know how this happened. I was not like this before. and my twins left for college this year!
