I Tripped Up Some Steps Banged My Temple ,up Came

I tripped up some steps banged my temple ,up came a bigg egg like lump,I put a cold compress on,then which hazel at home,no blurred vision or dizziness,or bleeding.This morning ,three days on,I,ve woke to see a very black eye! Is it just the bruising coming down from the lump?the lump isn't as raised but still there! Luckily I have sunglasses and the sun is out !Is it just a waiting game? I,m only on BP tabs ramipril 10 mg. and I,m 73.
