I walked about a mile and half just about every day and have begun speeding my walk up. Then last week, at the end of a walk, started experiencing pain on the inside of my left knee, upper part of the knee. There's no swelling but walking does make it uncomfortable. When sitting, pain is constant but vague, 1 out of 10.
