I Was Diagnosed Last Year With Vestibular Migraines. I Have

I was diagnosed last year with vestibular migraines. I have major hearing loss but only in one ear. My doctor changed my blood pressure meds last march and since then even though I feel it coming on, I no longer get the bad vertigo with the migraine. But then it seems to be coming out in my ear. The last 4 weeks or so, by ear has been pulsing and throbbing loudly in my head. My brain does not want to adjust like it did with the normal ringing. I can only block it out for a while and it is exhausting and causing me to miss work, which causes me to not get paid, thus more stress.
I am going to go to a specialist that deals with neurology and the ear, but that will be a while. I was trying to find out what it could be.
