I Was Diagnosed With Sarcoidosis A Year And A Half

I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis a year and a half ago. At that time I had an attack of Bell's Palsy, which did not correct, lost some vision in right eye, which has improved, and had hearing loss in left ear, with some steady slow improvement. My my joints don't hurt, but muscles are always very, very sore. In general, I've improved. My question: What should I be doing for myself? I take no medication for any of these conditions and work everyday, but just feel bad and hurt most of the time.
