I Was First Introduced To Meth At Fifteen Years Old,

I was first introduced to meth at fifteen years old, used til I was 17 and was able to drop it without a problem. Today at twenty three I have relapsed, attending nursing school and working two jobs and trying to maintain homework and my domestic duties, there wasnt enough time in a day, consistant daily use for four months or so, and I just can't function. I cannot afford to miss school or work to check into rehab and no one knows I'm using and I'd like to keep it that way. What can I do from home to ease the pain, chronic fatigue, inability to think and maintain a somewhat functional life?
