I Was In Hospital 3 Days Ago With A Very

I was in hospital 3 days ago with a very bad ear infection. I was treated with IV antibiotics and an ear wick (still in my ear). I am now on 2 types of oral antibiotics, with wick to be removed tomorrow. The swelling in my ear seems gone now, or much reduced, as is the pain (which was quite intense), but I am still finding that my resting heart rate is way up, in the 80s, which is high for me. I feel exhausted just walking upstairs. Is this fast heart rate and exhaustion still part of the recovery process, even now that the ear swelling and all pain is gone? Or should I be worried? Thanks.
