I Was In The ER On Saturday Night With What

I was in the ER on Saturday night with what turned out to be a concussion. They gave me Reglan via IV and had a terrible reaction. I was antsy and anxious, my skin was crawling, so they gave me Benadryl. Now, two days later I still have some twitching in my legs, I am really tired, pee a lot, have stomach pain, and chills/sweats. Looking it up online these are things to watch out for, but when I called the ER they said they didn't know. Should I be concerned?
