I Was Reading Out Loud To Myself And Began To

I was reading out loud to myself and began to feel like I had to take a breath after a few sentences. Feel very slight pressure in chest, not pain. This is quite unusual for me. I am 57, female, in good health, perfect blood pressure, etc. could it just be gas? Or should I be concerned. I might be worrying over nothing.
