I Was Receiving Oral Sex From Someone About 1.5 Weeks

I was receiving oral sex from someone about 1.5 weeks ago and since then I've been having tiny red rashes on my penis head. The person assured me they were free of STDs and just as paranoid as I am. They were performing the oral pretty roughly to the point where it was almost painful so my penis is also a bit sore.

Anyway, I don't think the rash came from an STD but I just want to confirm. The symptoms don't match with chlamydia or gonorrhoea. However before I met up with this person, I had washed my penis with soap that morning, not knowing that you're not supposed to use soap. It also felt like the she had a tongue piercing and I know that a lot of jewellery has nickel in it, which can cause extreme reactions.

So I'm wondering if the symptoms are being caused by an STD, the soap or the tongue piercing. The symptoms are very mild itching, and minute red dots forming rashes around my penis head. I also noticed that smegma also is building up *much* faster than before under my foreskin. It all washes right off in the shower (without soap) and I've been keeping it washed and dry as per my research on Google, but I would like it to be confirmed by an expert.
Thanks!
