I Was Recently In A Low Speed (35 Mph) Car

I was recently in a low speed (35 mph) car accident 3 weeks ago. The other driver hit me head on, of which my air bags did not deploy for some reason, so my chest hit the steering wheel really hard. I felt the pain immediately. I was sent to the ER by ambulance where they did a CT of my chest where they said it was normal and diagnosed me with just a "chest contusion". For the past two weeks, I started having severe pain in my chest leading straight to my back in my thoracic region. Sharp pains, and tingling in my right arm, and alot of stiffness. I also have been experiencing lower back pain. Causing a sharp pain in my right buttocks. I am pregnant, so the doctor I saw was hesitant to do any xrays. The pain is stopping me from many daily activities, including tending to my children. What kind of doctor besides a chiropractor should I see? Any suggestions on what could be wrong?
