I Was Recently Sitting At A Stop Light And At

I was recently sitting at a stop light and at an intersection I have been driving through since I was 16, I'm now 48. I suddenly forgot if I could go straight (it first veered to the left), it just looked wrong to me, so I instead went right and went around the block. Also, I have headaches and keep forgetting things like the other day, someone was referring to Chipotle, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what chipotle was. I also get tingling (falling asleep) in my hands often. My father has alzheimers/dementia, and I'm afraid I might be showing signs. I am very depressed at times and have no motivation to really do anything, nothing sound enjoyable. I had a spell in march of last year while driving that caused me to pull over. I felt a sharp pain in my head and chest simultaneously, and then felt as though I was there, but not there. I couldn't gain my bearings for over a minute. I constantly feel like I have brain fog.
