I Was Seen In ER Last Week For Terrible Rib

I was seen in ER last week for terrible rib pain & inability to take a real breath. Cardiac & pulmonary w/u o.k. but chest CT showed several subacute fractures bilat & an acute rib fracture. No abuse, trauma, repetitive sports. I have had rib pain over past few mths but figured I must have pulled something. Labs mostly WNL, incl PTH, ESR. I've had hyperkalemia for several yrs & still do despite d/c'g all possible culprits. Urinalysis abnormal - Moderate leukocytes. I do not have any urinary symptoms. I've had intermittent N/V for over a yr but abdom U/S, endoscopy & colonoscopy o.k. Mammogram up to date. What should next step be? Doctors I've seen have been great but are perplexed.
