I Went To The Doctor And Blood Work Was Done.

I went to the doctor and blood work was done. It shows a dangerous low B-12
level. It also showed A1C is 6.3. I don't eat white bread, haven't done sugar in a year,
not sugar drinks, drink lots of water, un-sweet tea, eat ice, haven't had pasta in three months,
have eaten white rice, and some potatoes. My doctor is starting me on B-12 shots every two
wks for three months and then once a month for three months. Grandmother had diabetes, but nobody
else in my Daddy's family that we were told. A little strange but. I haven't had diabetes but A1C is high.
I hava a pill for anxiey that I just started. Just want to be sure things are going to go in the right direction
with the B-12 shots. I definitely trust my doctor. But the iron deficiency sorta made me as this. Thank you very much. Anne
