I Woke Up Sat Am With A Crick In Left

I woke up sat am with a crick in left neck so bad I had to use my hands to turn my head. The pain subsided quickly and that night each step I took I felt a sharp pain on right side of head. I noticed to press under skull above neck was painful and a goose egg on back of skull (likely occipital node.) I now have a throbbing headache at base of skull, neck is now stiff and is becoming painful to lean head back. The pain is constant. No bite, sore, fever, cold symptoms, or anything else other than the pain. It is becoming worse. I have iced neck and head, taken a pain killer and no relief. Lying down is painful as well. How do I get some relief? I have an emg Friday for possible nerve damage unrelated to this.
