I Woke Up With My Left Nostril Tingling Like I

I woke up with my left nostril tingling like I have to sneeze, along with sneezing and runny nose. I have multiple allergic plus a gluten intolerance. I also colored my hair last night and used new eye pencils that I can't say are gluten free. I have taken 2 prednisone, Benadryl, inhalers, singular, Allegra, honey...and also did the netty pot. What else can I take to stop this constant tingling sneezing sensation?
