I'm 15 years old and for around 6 months now I often fall asleep early and feel tired during the day , I also don't get up until around 10am on an average day buying I could I would sleep till around 12. I have experienced a lot of family troubles over the last few years with shifting between mother and father and my mum having suicidal thoughts after divorce between her and my stepdad. I've tried alarms , apps , people waking me up, listening to music and just about everything to try get up and nothing works any suggestions? I just want to know weather or not it worth seeing my doctor about or not ? I'm also currently about to start counseling in the next month, thanks.
