I'm 31, I'm Fairly Certain Im Not Pregnant. I've Been

I'm 31, I'm fairly certain im not pregnant. I've been having labor like cramps since I woke up this morning. They stop me in my tracks. I have a hard time using those muscles at all actually, sitting up, trying to pick up my legs from a crossed leg sitting position. They only last less than a minute, but it feels like forever. Also, I have a history of cysts on my ovaries, I'm not sure if they may be related.
