I'm 52 Years Old, Still Get My Period Regularly, Light

I'm 52 years old, still get my period regularly, light flow for 2-3 days, no pain, but about 2 days before my period I start feeling presure in ears, and then bam I'm in bed, can't drink or eat anything without throwing up, become extremely dehydrated, feel like I'm dying, can not do a thing except sleep, have had to recieve IV several times to get back on my feet. Once my period is over I'm back to normal, as if nothing happened. I exercise regularly ( jog and yoga) I'm 5' tall and 100 lbs. take no prescription drugs. It's been happening every month for year. I went to GY she looked at me like I had 5 heads and said never heard of such a thing? Thank you for your time. Kt
