I'm 53 Years Old , Have Been On Bio Identical

I'm 53 years old , have been on bio identical cream for about 2 1/2 years. 30 Estra-Prog 1/100GM cream COMPD . 1 GRAM once daily. i haven't had a period in over 2 years. I went on cream for hot flashes; recently feeling as if i want to have a cycle, but dont. I have slight cramping, tender breasts. Weight gain has stayed since i began hormones. Question: My doc is out of country, I'll talk to another soon, but wondering if i need to back off cream for a bit? I dont take breaks at all from it.
