I'm 57 Years Old, Always Had A Lazy Right Eye.

I'm 57 years old, always had a lazy right eye. Now my good eye (left) where I've been far sighted all of my life, I can't see very well these last few months, TV, reading signs in the distance, etc...
Is it age? I had to get new glasses which are super strong and give me headaches.

I've never had diabetes, but my dad was diabetic. My mother and sister are as well.
Or could this be something else? I've suffered from migraines for 14 years from a head-on collision.
Thank you in advance for your advise. Maybe I should tell my doctor.
