I'm 62 Years Old, White, Pot-menopausal, Female, 5'5 And Weigh

I'm 62 years old, white, pot-menopausal, female, 5'5 and weigh 162, generally in good health.I have infrequent episodes of general weakness and shaking of hands and arms, usually the right. They last about 20 minutes or so. Afterwards I feel extremely tired for the rest of the day then normal the next morning. Any ideas if this is something to be concerned about?
