I'm A 22 Year Old Male And Have Recently Been

I'm a 22 year old male and have recently been experiencing symptoms of fibromyalgia. It started in February 2016, I don't have insurance but I went to the local e.r because my left lower back started hurting, and over the course of a few days spread to my left buttock ,hip, down my leg into my knee and ankle .the pain was crippling. I could hardly walk and had to pick up a cane to be able to walk. I was told it was my sciatic nerve acting up due to years of bad posture and a sedentary lifestyle. Just recently in March 2016 the same symptoms occurred in my right back/leg. I didn't want to go to the er again because i really can't afford it. Well along with it spreading to my right side, the pain extended up my back into my shoulder and neck. My jaw began to hurt and I could feel a heavy pressure behind my left ear and eye. Like a migrane I guess.also some occasional chest pain .Well now here i am June 2016 and the symptoms in my left upper back/neck/shoulder have now spread to my right side. My joints hurt. Knees , elbows , hips , shoulder.. neck. The majority of my muscles are extremely tender and sensitve to touch. I get overcome with extreme fatiuge as well and habe trouble sleeping. My vision sometimes is blurry or i see double. My granny lightly touched my side and my entire left side spasmed, My left arm jumped. Now what I really want to know Is why am i experiencing all these things at such a young age.? My thought it that i developed a neurologic problem brought in by excessive use I crystal meth. I was a heavy user for 3 years straight, I'd say a daily user , but have not experienced problems up until recently. I have used, and when I do it seems to exacerbate the symptoms. But id like a professional opinion of wether or not my drug use could have likely induced fibromyalgia. Of course I don't know if it's fibromyalgia until I get a diagnosis (which i cannot aford) but id like your feedback on this and If there is anything I can do to ease the pain (which is dull but I still feel it daily) thank you.
