I'm A 58 Year Old Female In General Good Health

I'm a 58 year old female in general good health but for bleeding hemorrhoids on a fairly regular basis and in the last 3 years an intermittent bleeding through the urethra and the vaginal area. Sometimes prolonged very heavy bleeding gradually tapering off. Urologist has tested for kidney stones, sonogram, cancer has been ruled out. Gyn. Has ruled out cervical and uterine cancers, tissue very thin in cervix, had a Pap smear in Jan - no adverse results. Have had a few colonoscopies and one endoscopy 2 years ago. Normal.
Last 2 weeks constant bleeding from everywhere. On HRT, but vaginal lining still not thick. Any suggests?
