I'm A 64 YO Female, With 22 Surgeries Under My

I'm a 64 YO female, with 22 surgeries under my belt (including total hysterectomy at age 28, and gallbladder out, was in a three week coma at age 21 from a ruptured appendix they kept mistaking for flu (for 4 days!), resulting in generalized peritonitis which resulted in gangrene in the panchreas that resulted in surgery. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in late 1009, had my thyroid removed in 2010, and the Synthroid has never been truly stabilized. Lately, I've been on an alternating dose of Synthroid - 1 day 75 mcg, the next 88) for approximately 6 weeks and feel pretty good. But lately, I've had vacillating BP. For the last few days it's been really high (at one point 185/125) and today, it's really low (at one point 88/60). Heart rate is fluctuating (a few minutes ago it ws 39!). Not dizzy or anything, but not much energy today.
