I'm A 65 Year Old Woman, Who Woke Up This

I'm a 65 year old woman, who woke up this morning with significant pressure in my lower stomach, down by the pubic bone. It feels like the pressure I had when I was close to giving birth to my children. I had a hysterectomy over 20 years ago, and can't figure out what it could be. I have diverticulitis all through my colon and had the lower part removed in 2003. I have colonoscopies about ever 3 years depending on how may polyps I have and how big they are. I do have a mass on the outside left part of my colon, plus a 4 centimeter cyst on my left ovary, which have both been there almost two years. The doctors say that it's not cancer, and I have a CT scan every 3 months so that they can see if there have been any other changes. I have had pain, however, I haven't had pressure like this since since pregnancy, Do you know what this pressure could be from?
