I'm a 69 year old male, who just retired this past July 1st. In an effort to enhance my activity/exercise I now walk each week-day morning for about 45 mins. This is in addition to going to the Gym 3 days a week, where I engage in aerobic work on an elliptical trainer, and lift weights. My question relates to my walking experience. Usually, about 10 minutes into my walk I begin to experience a light level of dizziness. It's quite mild, but it's something I never experienced before.
