I'm A Caregiver Pt. 77 Has Had Diarrhea For 10

I'm a caregiver Pt. 77 has had diarrhea for 10 days. Have given her one-half caplet of Imodium for the last 4 days. As of today we stop giving Warfarin Sodium 2.5 mg. Pt. has been on a bratt diet for 5 days of bananas, yoga, white potato, applesauce, fish, little water and pedialyte. Still having diarrhea 2 to 3 times daily. What can Pt. have to stop the diarrhea.
