I'm a healthy 45 year old female with several episodes of tachycardia for many years. However, I was never able to catch it on a monitor. Happened again yesterday, and my heart rate was at 230 at first. I went to the ER to get it captured on EKG, which finally happened. They think I have supraventricular tachycardia, and my EKG said I had "Wide QRS tachycardia" and "nonspecific intraventricular block." Does this diagnosis seem right? They brought my rate down with medication, but it's been around 100 all day today
