I’m Concerned I May Have HIV, After A Recent STD

I’m concerned I may have HIV, after a recent STD screening my rapid results came back negative on Chlymidia, Gon., Syphillis and HIV after 35 days of potential exposure, but three days later Chlymidia was confirmed by the Urine Culture I’d assume. I’m highly stressed that the HIV rapid test may have also been a false negative as I have HIV like symptoms, fatigue, nausea and one case of diarrhea.
