I'm Having A Lot Of Pain In My Lower Right,

I'm having a lot of pain in my lower right, middle, and left side of my abdomin. I had my period last month, and it hasn't came this month. I think it is appendicitis, I've lost a lot of weight. Could that be why I haven't had my period this month, and could it be appendicitis?
