I'm Having Stomach Problems. I've Been Told I Have Pancreaitis

I'm having stomach problems. I've been told I have pancreaitis from heavy alcohol use during my younger days. I no longer drink alcohol. They've done MRI, ultra sound, did scopes, biosphy of my prostate due to a high #, x-rays. Everything looked normal. A few Small polyps on my liver, and a lot of blood tests. I hate mornings because they're the worst. I wake up nauseaus, bloated and full of air. My bms are usually hard and small. My question is when they are starting I can usually feel something in the center of my upper stomach move. I'm told its my pancreas, can it actually twitch and what would cause that? Thank you
