I'm Six Years On 100mg Dosages Of Kadian, I.e. Morphine

I'm six years on 100mg dosages of Kadian, i.e. Morphine sulfate. I had tried to coordinate my withdrawal with a lidocaine / steroid injection I've had prescribed, but just two days ago. State Comp denied their approval (payment) for the injection. I've had 2 consults, 2 MRI's & 2 CT scans, and the morphine is loosing effect. Should I wait for SSDI insurance to cover the injection, or wait until I can have the injection coincide with my withdrawal?
