I'm So Tired, Weak, Have Sleeping Issues, Cannot Seem To

I'm so tired, weak, have sleeping issues, cannot seem to lose any weight regardless of food choices/amounts. I recovered from 6 weeks of sepsis one year ago but I still feel so tired, confused, and frustrated. Now they think I have parathyroidism BUT no one seems too concerned about it. I can't even get referral to endocrinologist until January! What can I do until then...……..I feel frustrated and useless!
