In July , 2010, my husband was laying in bed sleeping in the middle of the night. Suddenly, his left thigh exploded in pain, waking him up out of a dead sleep. For the following two months, the pain was so intense he could not touch the hair on his leg. Afterwards, the pain subsided, but the thigh to the knee has been numb every since. He has consulted a myriad of Doctors without who have been unable to either diagnose or treat his condition. Lately, pain has reappeared in the place of chronic discomfort from numbness. Please help. This condition has become very difficult to live with - the only positive aspect is that he can walk normally with the tingling and numb discomfort.
