In The Morning, When I First Wake Up, I Immediately

In the morning, when I first wake up, I immediately stretch my chest and shoulders (not extreme, just a mild stretch). Then my heart rate jumps and I can feel it although it doesn't feel extraordinarily fast or hard. Then it settles down and goes back to normal. This all takes place in less than two minutes from waking. If I drift off again, it may happen when I awake again. It doesn't happen all the time. I'm on an aspirin regimen and am taking Omeperazole, Tramadol, Allopurinol, and Terrazosin. I am a male, 64 years old in fair health. Many years ago I started the aspirin regimen because of a swollen heart wall but have had no symptoms since.
