In The Past 4 Years I Have Started Having Attacks

In the past 4 years I have started having attacks with my breathing that end up looking like I'm having a stroke. I start feeling nauseous, then I get shaky, my limbs get weak, my breathing gets labored, I have difficulty talking, keeping my eyes open and my hands and arms become spastic. I was told it was like panic attacks and I was prescribed Lorazepam which helps correct things when the attacks occur. You would think at 60 I would know how to breathe correctly. They seem to coincide with overexertion and possibly low blood sugar level from not having eaten. But I am starting to have occurences more often and after only minor exertion. I only have one kidney (detected at age 40); have always reacted to sugar (potential hyperglycemia); and suffer from nauseating migraines. Since I have an extra 10 pounds around the middle I suspect the tiredness and lack of strength could be due to that and age. Any other insight???
