Is It Safe To Have Radiation For 3.5 Cm Sized Tumor In Ear?

I have NF2 with one of my bilateral vestibular schwannomas at 2.5 cm, the other at 3.5 cm. I am considering choosing 1 of 5 treatments. I am female, 54 yo. Surgery, radiation, Avastin, Axitinib or doing nothing. I'd really like to have it irradiated but am afraid it is too big and does not have enough room to swell after treatment. I have had surgery on the smaller one but it was not successful. I am deaf in my right ear where the 3.5 cm tumor is. I do not want to take the drugs or the antibody and small molecule as they are both VEGF inhibitors and do not really work. Can I have radiation on a 3.5 cm tumor?
