Is Menstrual Cycles Delayed Post IUD Removal?

Hi, I had my Paragard IUD removed and had bleeding afterwards (and then what I think was a period, but now i'm not sure). Since then it's been 31 days, and I still haven't gotten my next period (normally I'd get it ever 25/26 days). I took a pregnancy test, but it's negative. Is this normal for a delay in my getting my period after an IUD removal? Should I be concerned? My husband and I wanted to try to get pregnant, but my gyno had said to try to wait until after I've had 2 periods.
