Is Topical Antibiotic Advisable For Persistent Acne On Forehead And Cheeks?

Good day, Dr. I m a 25 years old, Asian lady. I hv been suffering from persistent acne all over my forehead and at both sides of my cheeks for the past 5 months. It started out as tiny bumps, but no pus and no pores. But for the past 3 months it started increasing in amount, with pus and redness. And I notice that when im exposed to hot weather and my face sweats, new pimple will surface. I ve tried changing my facial wash and using benzoyl peroxide for few weeks but little changes. I dont know what else to do. Please advise. Much appreciated. p/s: Can i use topical antibiotic instead of oral? which has lesser side effect? and would it cause antibiotic resistant if i take topical instead of oral. Im also contemplating using Differin for night use together with Benzoyl.
