I've Been Having Acute Chest Aches Off And On For

I've been having acute chest aches off and on for 2 days now. It isn't painful, and I can take deep breaths just fine. I've tried taking ibuprofen, but it doesn't seem to help much. I do have a history of high blood pressure, but I do not take medicine for it. I've also had a similar episode a couple months ago, went to the ER, and was released thinking it's indigestion. I also suffer from anxiety, but having these same concerns in a relative short time span worries me. Could my chest aches be related to my blood pressure, or could it be a heart issue?
