I've Been Having Troubles With My Contraceptive Pill, I've Been

I've been having troubles with my contraceptive pill, I've been on the pill for 3 years now, I normally take two pill packets back to back with no break and then have a break every two months and it's usually fine, this month I did the same however a week into my second back I started spotting, so I stopped taking the pill to let myself have a normal period which I did and then resumed taking the second pack after having a weeks break, however as I've continued to take the second pack even after my break I've continued with the bleeding, what shall I do?
