I've Been On IV Antibiotics, 20 Days, For A Infected

I've been on IV antibiotics, 20 days, for a infected finger, mucous cyst and staph infection, which I had surgery. My weekly blood tests have been within range until today, my ALT came back at "50" instead of "35" . Why the change, do I need to be concerned. I have Primary Progressive MS but not on any medication permanently powerchaired. I feel fine except for my finger which is still painful and I will need a finger fusion surgery later...infection ate my bone on top if finger.
