I've Been On Depo For 7 Years With No Bleeding

I've been on depo for 7 years with no bleeding or spotting, but for the past week or so I've been spotting on and off which is unusual. I've also recently been having pregnancy symptoms, the same as my first pregnancy, fatigue, morning sickness, back pains, and bad headaches along with dizziness. Should I be worried ?
