I've Had A Problem For A While That Wasn't Here

I've had a problem for a while that wasn't here a year or so ago. I thought I'd grow out of it but it's excruciatingly annoying. So I don't know how to explain the problem very well, but I believe it may be correlated with OCD? Basically, with my eyes, I have to get a certain feeling when I look at something and do that exact same thing three times. It also happens that for example, I flick my light switch once, I need to do it two more times to make it even, and I need it to be a certain feeling. If it's not, I have to do it until I get that feeling, and I also have to do the feeling I got wrong two more times to make it three. And that's two feelings total, so I have to come up with a third feeling and do that three times as well. Also, I've been walking weird, sideways sometimes and I'm just having trouble walking like a normal person in general. (It's not scoliosis, my physician checked for that) I haven't told my physician about this though. I just need to know what it is.
