I've Had Cataract Surgery On Both Eyes. Noticed Onset Of

I've had cataract surgery on both eyes. Noticed onset of dizziness after first surgery. I have been cleared by by the specialist, eye dr. But I'm still experiencing pronounced dizziness, unbalanced, no spinning, 2 months after. No break in dizziness, constant. My PCP ran numerous test can find nothing wrong. How can i find relief or stop this. Significantly impacting quality and ability to normal life.
