I've had some itchiness in the skin folds between the buttocks, right at the tailbone, and not at the rectum. It seems like after I drink coffee or get warm with a winter coat on in a store, I feel a bit sweaty in that area, and that aggravates the itching. I've used Gold Bond, which brings relief, but doesn't seem to really clear it up. It's not really painful, but it is a nuisance. Dry skin with the onset of winter?
